The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city on foot. It's just a short walk from the central station and the city center, making it very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and even upgraded us to a junior suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are equipped with international power outlets, a thoughtful detail for international travelers. The breakfast in the library was a highlight, with made-to-order omelettes and fresh juices using delicious ingredients.

The only slight drawback was that the bathroom facilities were very basic.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are great. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The breakfast is delicious and includes options for different types of eggs, with fresh and tasty ingredients, as well as good Swiss cheeses.

The shower area of the room could benefit from having a door to avoid water getting onto the floor.

Additionally, the hotel offered some of the best breakfast options in town, making it a perfect reason to visit Zurich.
