We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lucerne. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of all the main sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering dining suggestions and even assisting us in booking tickets for the Golden Round Trip to Mount Pilatus. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served was varied and delicious, catering to all our preferences. The staff made sure we had a hassle-free experience, from arranging beauty appointments to providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

Outstanding rooms, service, and location. With two windows facing the lake and three side windows, our corner suite provided breathtaking views. Walking distance to old town, train station, and boat docks. Excellent breakfast buffet. Definitely a 5-star property. highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lucerne for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and it was a fantastic family experience. The in-room service provided a cozy breakfast and the staff arranged haircuts and beauty salon appointments for us. They were gracious and attentive without being hovering. The breathtaking view of the lake and mountains was the cherry on top. Love this hotel!

This hotel is ideally located, right on the lake with a beautiful promenade right in front and close to Old Town. The rooms are modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated to the theme of a famous guest, making each room unique. Some rooms have a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast buffet provides a wide variety of delicious food, and the concierge is extremely helpful in providing directions and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The hotel also offers free WiFi and air conditioning.

The dining options in the hotel may be limited and expensive with few options for those on a budget.

We absolutely loved our stay at this elegant hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were delighted to find that the hotel had both of these facilities available for our entertainment. The karaoke nights were a blast, and the casino provided plenty of excitement. Truly a fantastic experience!

As adventure travelers, we loved the ideal location of the hotel, with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Lucerne. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The two complimentary chocolates and small Easter egg left in our room on arrival were a sweet touch, and the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city on foot. We also enjoyed the view from our room's balcony, which looked out onto the lake.

Our room seemed quite old and was not as clean as we would have liked. the bathroom especially seemed to need more attention.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main train station and shopping area. The rooms were quiet and well-appointed, with my corner room offering spectacular views of the lake and the snow-covered skyline of the Swiss Alps. The front desk went above and beyond by driving me to the train station when the ordered cab did not arrive on time. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious food, including a real honeycomb and sparkling wine.
