As adventure travelers, we loved the convenience of ski rental and ski pass being offered directly at the hotel. The free cakes and coffee in the lobby all day long were a great treat. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel provided a cozy lobby with a fireplace and live piano music, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and very clean, with lots of storage space and modern amenities. The restaurant had an ambient design and served excellent lunches and dinners.

We felt most welcome, with nothing to complain about.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, being just a short walk from the rail station. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. In addition, the spa and wellness centre is fantastic, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. The room was also top-notch, complete with in-room safe, free toiletries, and mini-bar. I really enjoyed the bar/lounge area, where I had many drinks and delicious meals.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zermatt that was just off the train station, making it extremely convenient for my business trip. It was in the center of the city and close to the main station, which made traveling around the area so easy. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of meetings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

I did notice that the prices at the hotel's bar and restaurant were a bit expensive compared to other options in the area.

the perfect getaway in zermatt. modern rooms controlled by ipad, amazing spa and pool, and excellent bar/restaurant. staff are friendly and efficient. located minutes from the railway station. a truly wonderful experience that exceeded expectations.

Netflix connection issue.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The modern interior was stylish and clean, creating a perfect atmosphere for our vacation. The staff was always available and incredibly helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the central location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy all that Zermatt has to offer.

Although we encountered a minor inconvenience with breakfast due to a last-minute program change, the staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, working to resolve the issue. Despite the mix-up, we were still able to enjoy a delicious breakfast, although we had to pay for it separately.

Nothing to fault.

My xmas stay was fantastic! the cozy ambiance and comfortable rooms were a huge plus. the location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies during the holiday season. the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Sadly, there were no coffee makers in the room or lobby, making it difficult for coffee lovers like myself. without air conditioning, it was quite warm in the room, even in winter.

The rooms at this hotel were cozy and modern, a definite step up from the previous decor. the spa was a special feature, with a large indoor pool and great massage services. the staff were fantastic, with the concierge providing excellent service. the location of the hotel was perfect, near the train station and the Gornergrat Bahn.

Some of the friendly touches that were present in the previous incarnation of the hotel are now gone. For example, there is no longer free tea and cake when you return from skiing, and there is a lack of a residents' lounge area where you can relax and read without feeling guilty.
