The spacious and well-appointed rooms and modern bathrooms are a plus, and guests rave about the extensive breakfast buffet featuring omelets and other hot items, as well as L'OCCITANE toiletries available in-room.

The hotel staff can be unresponsive at times, and ice must be retrieved personally if needed, though it is possible to have an enjoyable stay here.

We loved this place! Not only was it right on the lake with stunning views of the mountains, but all the staff were incredibly accommodating. We particularly appreciated the room service, which was available 24-7, and the welcome drink we received upon arrival. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness centre, sauna, and even a private beach. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you could want including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

Although there were some things that required an additional cost, such as parking and packed lunches, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The location and service alone make it worth it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the bus stop. The view from the room was splendid and the bathroom was stunning. Even though the third bed was not too comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hermitage is an amazing hotel with a really nice bar, restaurant, and breakfast room. the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. the staff are really nice and friendly and are on hand to help with any queries you may have. the restaurant was the best I have ever eaten in. the steak was gorgeous. the rooms and view are absolutely brilliant. Wifi was also good all over the hotel. We didn't use the leisure facilities so cannot comment on them. the No 24 bus stops right outside the hotel into town and is every 15 minutes. Don't be put off by it being a couple of miles out of town as it's quiet and the bus is 4 Francs each way and only takes 10 minutes. Free with the Tell pass.

Oh dear, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Sloppy bacon, mediocre breads, hard scrambled eggs.

Got two completely free beers upon arrival, great view of the nearby lake, and decently sized rooms.

Loud hallways kept me up at night, staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, and there were a ton of kids running around unsupervised.
