had a romantic stay in Hergiswil, Seehotel Pilatus exceeded expectations. Stunning views, friendly staff, and convenient location near cafes, restaurants, and train station.

We were amazed by our room's panoramic windows offering a beautiful view of the lake. The spa was perfect: cozy, clean and not overcrowded. We loved relaxing in the indoor pool and Jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was truly kind and helpful. One specific situation: We were worried about the noise levels but the soundproofing was excellent, we couldn't hear anything from other rooms or the street.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, right on the shore of Lake Lucerne. The view from the restaurant and the balcony is breathtaking. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the nearby Mount Pilatus. The outside areas by the lake offer a platform for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as guests mentioned being able to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel offers stunning views of the lake and mountains, and the location is perfect, nestled between the mountains in a lovely neighbourhood, just a 10-minute train connection to the southern outskirts of Lucerne. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa area, which offers a heated swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at Seehotel Pilatus. the views from our room balcony were exceptional, and the twin room was spacious and comfortable. the showers were great, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. the staff, especially Julia, were helpful and polite, even assisting us with a package delivery. the warm welcome at the reception and the refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail added to our positive experience. We also enjoyed the amazing indoor pool area, which made us feel like we were on a summer holiday. Although the weather didn't allow us to explore the outside area and lake, we still had a wonderful time.

During my stay at Seehotel Pilatus, I had a last-minute request for a bathtub instead of a shower in my room, and the hotel was accommodating and provided it for me. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and warm dishes. I also thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the pools and jacuzzi, which created a relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Additionally, the Silvester package for New Year's Eve provided excellent food and enjoyable entertainment with a disco and fireworks. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Although my stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks to mention. The parking spaces near the restaurant Oasis, which the hotel provides, were located under trees.

our third stay in hergiswil, but our first at the lakeside hotel. what a pleasant surprise! the stunning lake views, attentive staff, and clean pool facilities made our stay memorable. kudos to all for maintaining safety measures during these challenging times.

The free hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch during the cold winter days. the location was within walking distance of the town center and a beautiful lake. We appreciated not having to use our car. Plus, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
