I recently stayed at a hotel in Basel and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the main tram line. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a great view of the lively street below. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also provided free water, tea, and coffee, which was a nice touch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, close to the city center and with good tram connections. The option to rent bikes from the hotel would have been a great addition to our stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at this hotel for six days and loved it! This venue is located in a great area, in the historic part of town near a metro station, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff provided excellent service and the hotel's amenities were fantastic, including room service, laundry, a business centre, and a fitness centre. The rooms were spacious and included all the necessary features such as air conditioning, a television, and soundproofed windows. We were very pleased with our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel.

The hotel offered complimentary towels and breakfast, which was great. the hotel was located in a great area with lots of attractions within walking distance. the gym was an added advantage, and I enjoyed using it every day.

The check-in and check-out process was quite time-consuming and there wasn't always someone at the reception when I needed them. the key cards were fiddly and didn't always work.
