We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains. The location was convenient for hiking and exploring the area. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom was clean. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a selection of delicious options to choose from. The facilities, such as the pool and spa, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience.

The hotel could be difficult to reach if the gondola is not operating.

I had the most amazing ski-in/ski-out vacation at Silvana Mountain. The family-owned hotel made me feel like part of their close-knit community. The staff was friendly, and the ski facilities, including the heated locker for boots and skis, were fantastic. After a day on the slopes, the spa was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The hotel had a great view of the mountains and the rooms were cozy. the staff was friendly and always quick to help. the indoor pool and spa were nice and relaxing after a long day. the restaurant had a good selection of food and the breakfast was tasty. It was also nice to be away from the busy town center.

During Christmas dinner, the service was slow and the food was not what we expected. the location was a bit inconvenient as we had to take a crowded bus to the cable car station.

stayed in zermatt but silvana mountain was an unexpected gem. comfy rooms, stunning views, and friendly staff made our stay a delight. away from the crowds but close enough for a day trip. loved it!
