Amazing value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, close to Lake Zurich and easily accessible to public transport. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally polite and helpful.

The hotel had an old world charm and the cleanliness was exceptional. The location was perfect, with the ability to walk to many sites and great tram service available. The close proximity to the main train station made it easy to explore other cities. The friendly staff and great bed made for a comfortable stay. I also loved having a Nespresso machine in the room, perfect for a quick pick-me-up in the mornings.

While the restaurant was very pleasant, the food was just okay and a bit on the pricey side. Additionally, the room felt a little small at first, but since I wasn't in the room much, it turned out to be fine.

The hotel room was elegantly decorated and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and had adjustable inclinations. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and offered a cold glass of local sparkling wine. The hotel is located in an excellent location near the Christmas Market and across the river from Bohnhoff Straas.

The hotel bar and restaurant were closed for a private event, limiting food and drink options. The breakfast seemed a bit pricey.

Our brief layover en route to the Alps was made even better by our stay at Small Luxury Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room, especially the bathroom, was great. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block from the lake and a short walk from the train station and tram stop. The view from the rooftop bar is breathtaking, and the AC made our afternoons and nights much more pleasant. The bath products provided were of excellent quality.

The hotel offers outstanding service with friendly staff and attention to detail. They provide welcome drinks upon arrival and offer recommendations for things to do in the area. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, and an extra bed was arranged for our child at no charge. The hotel restaurant offers amazing meals for both dinner and breakfast. The location is superb, with the lake just 2 minutes away and the old town within a 7-10 minute walk. There are plenty of cafes and shops in the vicinity. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, offering me a glass of bubbly upon arrival. They were all so lovely and helpful throughout my stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near the opera house and just a block away from the lake. It was easy for me to access the train station for my journey to the airport. The hotel even sold train tickets, making it even more convenient. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. this hotel provided a five-star experience.

The rooftop bar is a standout, creating a magical atmosphere and offering fantastic views. Additionally, the hotel's prime location is ideal, with trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques nearby, as well as being close to the lake.

The elevator can be a major inconvenience, as it is quite small and can be slow if you are on a top floor. Furthermore, the breakfast package may not be worth it for those who don't eat a large breakfast, as the price is added to the room rate.
