This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience. the room amenities were impressive: comfortable and stylish furniture, spacious layout, and impeccable cleanliness. the spa and wellness center exceeded our expectations, with a range of services like massages, steam room and sauna. the restaurant served exceptional dishes with high-quality local ingredients, accompanied by an excellent wine list. the location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The only negative point was the lack of private facilities in the room, which would have made the experience even more exclusive. Nevertheless, the hotel offered many common spaces, such as the sun terrace with sun loungers, where we could relax and unwind.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the lake and mountains. the complementary boat trip and the free Wi-Fi access were a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was ideal, only a short walk to downtown and its many restaurants. the staff was extremely helpful and made our stay memorable.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff at Splendide Royal were incredibly friendly and attentive. Right from the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and special. The receptionist even took the time to personally escort me to my room and give me a tour of the hotel. As a nice surprise for my birthday, they sent me flowers, cake, and a small gift, all accompanied by a handwritten welcome card. The concierge staff were also extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a beautiful lake view. The location of the hotel, situated between the train station and the city center, was perfect for exploring Lugano. it was a truly wonderful experience.
