hotel & lounge by hyve basel sbb exceeded my expectations during this a walk in evening. the newly refurbished double room on the ground floor was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful private bathroom. the staff were very professional yet personable, making me feel well taken care of.

I recently stayed at Hotel & Lounge By Hyve and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions or recommendations. The wifi was excellent and allowed me to stream Premier League matches without any issues. I also appreciated the free transportation card provided by the hotel. The shared bathroom was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, similar to a 5-star hotel. The 24-hour availability of tea and coffee in the restaurant was a nice touch. Plus, they allowed me to check in early, which was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with information about bus schedules and even helping us find medical information. The room itself was modern and up to date, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and I particularly appreciated the ease of checking in and out and the option to leave our luggage. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection served until 11am, and the hotel had a lovely courtyard with plants and vegetables. The location was also perfect, being close to the central rail station and yet still quiet and peaceful. it was a great stay and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities provided as described. We especially enjoyed the shared shower, which was spacious and clean. The location was fantastic and felt safe, and the strong WiFi and added bonus of a gym were much appreciated. we highly recommend Hotel & Lounge.
