Loved the majestic walnut tree and the hotel's indoor pool. The staff, including the trainees, were an army! The breathtaking mountain views were jaw-dropping. Also, the WINTELRAKEN CARD was a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance to most attractions in Interlaken. Despite a minor inconvenience of the room being a bit stuffy during the day, overall, I had a fantastic experience at Stella Swiss Quality Hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had a decent Christmas stay, and we were offered nice complimentary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate, which was a thoughtful touch. the hotel was located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around without having to drive. the included breakfast was also okay.

The room was old, stuffy and lacked air conditioning, and the bathroom was outdated with aged fixtures and fittings. There were no modern amenities like an in-room safe or on-site parking if you arrived by train.
