Located in a picturesque setting surrounded by trees and close to a good walking trail in the forest. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the main lift, offering convenient access to the mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast offers a variety of options, with specialties from the region. The hotel also offers a wellness center and a small fitness room for guests to enjoy.

The lounge music played by a live singer was not of the best quality and could be improved.

The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the area by bike and had all the biking amenities we needed. The staff was knowledgeable about the trails and gave us great tips. We loved the natural and homey atmosphere of the hotel, with knotty pine furnishings and fluffy duvets. The delicious breakfast was served with fresh ingredients and it was worth the price.

The dinner didn't meet our expectations and we were obliged to share the buffet with the elderly groups on half-board. , the pool was more like a large jacuzzi, which was not ideal for swimming, and there was a shortage of loungers for sunbathing.

We had a perfect stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful hiking paths and lakes. The staff was professional and warm, providing us with excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the in-room safe. The hotel offered a lovely dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were immaculate and enjoyable. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

This hotel is highly recommended for all travelers.
