We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sunstar Hotel. The location was convenient, being close to both a ski lift and the train station. The room had a cozy and charming Alpine lodge decor, with wood paneling and comfortable furniture. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking a quiet street. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a nice courtyard where we could relax and unwind. The highlight was the stunning view of the Matterhorn from our spacious single room, which made for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend Sunstar Hotel for its unique charm, convenient location, and exceptional service.

This hotel is conveniently located, not far from the train station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the mountain. The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing helpful advice and guidance. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food, and the pool is a great place to relax. Additionally, there are nearby supermarkets and the area is easy to walk around.

Conveniently located near bahnhof and bus stop, short walk to Sunnega funicular. Water closet in room, sink and shower separate. Friendly staff repaired my laptop charger. Good selection and fresh food at breakfast. Enjoyable amenities like swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. Divine massage.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. The view from our room's balcony was absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to take in the beautiful surroundings. We also loved the convenience of having a shower in our room, adding to the comfort of our stay. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving fantastic meals. we had an amazing time here and would highly recommend it to other families.

Spent Christmas here and location was super convenient, walking distance to the center of the town with lots of nearby restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and energizing for a day up in the slopes. Views from the windows were stunning and jaw-dropping, we could see the Matterhorn from the comfort of our own room. the spa area was relaxing with rejuvenating steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and chill-out zone.

The rooms were very small, cramped and quite old-fashioned with paper-thin walls. We were able to hear everything the next room was doing.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the spa area was a nice bonus and the breakfast had a great selection of items. the room had plenty of closet space and hooks to hang things. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose to stay at Sunstar Hotel again if I return to Zermatt.
