Excellent customer service and beautiful surroundings

During our stay at the Quality Swisshotel Zug, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we received. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and provided helpful suggestions for nearby activities. We also appreciated the hotel's location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. Additionally, the free and fast internet was a great bonus. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning and charging ports, these were easily outweighed by the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and much better compared to other hotels in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially with the basic amenities provided. It's the little things that make a difference, like the bottle of water in the room and the comfortable bar with good facilities. Lastly, the location was fantastic, right across the street from a train station. This made it super convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The rooms also had large windows, allowing plenty of natural light, which I loved. I was very pleased with my experience.

There were no restaurants, bars or any kind of fun places within walking distance. I was hoping for a nice Xmas here but it did not meet my expectations.

Old-fashioned decor but comfortable and clean hotel. Recommended.
