The staff at this hotel was amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa was such a great feature. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

That the location was a bit remote. It was a bit of a hassle getting to and from the hotel, but once we were there, it was great.

We had a fantastic family vacation at a mountain hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the ski lifts and the ski rental they cooperate with. It was so convenient to be near the slopes, and we could easily access them through a heated underground tunnel. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped, providing us with all the comfort we needed. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel had great facilities, including a playroom for the kids and a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. We loved the breathtaking views from the terrace.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas.

We recently stayed in a luxurious hotel and were amazed by the exclusive amenities provided. The spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna were exceptional, and we enjoyed the full body massage given by a skilled therapist. The sun terrace and loungers in the garden area were perfect for relaxation, and the restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the packed lunches were not up to the same standard as the other food we experienced in the hotel. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of this hotel, which is located in a prime location with private facilities and a leisure room available.
