As bike riders, we absolutely loved the bike rental service offered by the hotel. It made exploring the city and nearby areas so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent suggestions for biking routes and trails.

This hotel is a gem, with its prime location right on the riverside. The rooms are well maintained and clean, and we were thrilled to have our own private patio with a beautiful view. The breakfast included was a real treat, with many options served and delicious food quality.

Perfect location for exploring Lucerne's town sites, within walking distance from train and boat stations. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist who assisted us with our trips to Rigi mountains and Titlis. Great river views from the room and a picturesque setting. The breakfast served was good and got us off to a great start each day. The hotel's tea service and self-help laundry were practical amenities that we found helpful.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's right near the major attractions in Switzerland, such as the old city walls with towers you can go up into and a town square with restaurants. Plus, it's only a 12-minute walk to the bahnhofquai and the famous chapel bridge.

The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town area, the city center, and the Ost railway station. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast is extensive, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The river view from some of the rooms is a nice touch.

The privacy in some of the rooms could be improved, as they have only one key for both the front entry door and the room door.

The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to the old city center and the iconic Chapel bridge. From my room, I had a beautiful view of the river and the old town. I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Karl for my vacation in Switzerland. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Spreuer bridge and Chapel bridge. The hotel is situated right in front of a river, offering a glorious night view from my room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and provided excellent advice for sightseeing. The breakfast selection was simple but good, with a variety of cold cuts, cheese, muesli, and breads. Additionally, they offered free coffee/tea, cake, and chocolates throughout the day. the hotel exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth the price.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location near the city center was convenient and we enjoyed the pretty view along the river.
