The hotel was perfectly situated near the train station and offered amazing views of the lake from every room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

Our room was a bit dated and lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable on warm evenings. The road noise from nearby traffic was also quite noticeable.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lakeside hotel in Ticino and I must say, it was incredible! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a minute away from the railway station, which made it super convenient for me to explore the stunning surroundings. Plus, the hotel offered two elevators, which was a huge relief for my grandma. But the real highlight of my stay was the view from my room. I had a breathtaking view of Lugano's lake and the mountains, which made working from my room an absolute joy. The hotel also had great amenities like an indoor pool, where I had complete privacy while enjoying the view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This hotel truly provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable and rejuvenating stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was flawless.

I had the most amazing surprise menu at Tresa Bay! The food was delicious and the servers were incredibly friendly. I also loved the thoughtful family room with toys and a microwave for parents. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
