I had an amazing stay at this mountain retreat. The location, nestled up in the mountains near Interlaken, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, and it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff, specifically the hostess, was incredibly helpful and provided useful suggestions for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and I appreciated the convenience of the nearby bus stop for transportation.

Ula went above and beyond to assist us with our heavy luggage and gave us useful travel advice. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and quiet, making our stay very enjoyable. The added touches like chocolates, desserts, and transportation cards were greatly appreciated. We also loved the fact that Ula had WeChat so we could easily communicate with her for any assistance we needed. the apartment truly made us feel at home and we highly recommend it.

The apartment had a great integration of modern and classic design and furniture. The top level apartment had an amazing view all day, regardless of the weather. It was a romantic place at night. The owners, Mrs. Ula and her husband, were friendly, helpful, fluent in English, and even provided a rental toy box for my daughter. If available within your budget, don't miss it!

Additionally, the location of the apartments was perfect, as it was not far from the bus stop to Interlaken. Being situated on the hill, I had breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, including the Jungfrau, Monch, and Eiger. The parking facility was convenient, and the ease of transportation made exploring the area hassle-free. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful in providing useful advice for my tours to the Jungfrau and Matterhorn. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Everything was fantastic.

We had the best Christmas stay ever! The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and even better! The views from the mountain location were breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and mountains covered in snow. We also loved that there was covered parking for our car and a bus stop right next to the property for easy access.

The only downside was that our stay wasn't longer. We enjoyed every minute and wished we could have stayed even longer to soak in the beautiful surroundings and the warm hospitality of the host.

From the moment we arrived, Ula was a fantastic host, providing clear directions and helping us with our luggage. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful natural light. Ula's hospitality, along with the stunning location, made this one of my favorite places I've stayed in Europe. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The host was very helpful and friendly, providing us with great guidance for our visit in the region. They were always available and responsive on Whatsapp. The location of the apartment was exactly what we wanted, with stunning views of the lake. It was also well-equipped, making our stay comfortable.

One negative aspect was the lack of a fan in the bedroom. During the daytime in summer, it became quite uncomfortable without proper ventilation.
