I appreciated the little touches, like the welcome dessert and lovely message in the room. The amenities were fantastic, with free water refills 24/7, an endless supply of fizzy drinks, and even a sealed bootleg of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent, with perfectly cooked eggs and a wide range of options. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families. Here, they have a children's play area and a learning area right next to the hotel, which was very useful for those with small children.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! the rooms were incredibly spacious and had amazing views of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast service and the variety of food available. It was a nice surprise to see that they provided unlimited water refills and local fizzy drinks, making us feel at home. Plus, the front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping us with all of our inquiries about activities and facilities.

While we appreciated the hotel's location close to the slopes, we found that the lifts were mainly t-bars, making it difficult for snowboarding enthusiasts. Lastly, we experienced a delay in receiving our extra bed, which we had booked in advance and confirmed with the hotel.
