We loved staying at House with its historic charm and character. the high ceilings and large windows provided a wonderful view of the street, and the proximity to the lake was perfect. the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. the shared bathroom across the hall was clean and convenient. the customer service exceeded our expectations and was even better than a 5-star hotel we had previously stayed at. Vevey House offered a fantastic location, nice rooms, and incredible value for money.

For us, it was the ideal choice.

Stayed at a great place in Vevey with lovely large rooms full of character. the location was perfect with lake/mountain views and right in the heart of the town, just steps away from the lakefront. It was wonderful to have a good restaurant in the building with a lovely terrace as well. the experience at the hostel was like camping, but much more comfortable. the hostel is neat and well-maintained. the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and provided useful tips. a wonderful, laid-back place to stay in Vevey.

Recently stayed at the charming House in a perfect location for our short visit. Check-in was seamless despite arriving late, and our private room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shared facilities were well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. This was our third stay here, and we always appreciate the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and high ceilings. The proximity to the lake and Charlie Chaplin Museum was a definite plus. a great value for the price.

We had a great stay in a clean, well-maintained hostel just a short walk from the train station and the lake. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with useful tips for exploring nearby attractions like the Fork and the Alimentarium. The atmosphere at the hostel was welcoming, and we even made some new friends who invited us to join them for dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. We were also provided with a complimentary Montreux Riviera card for convenient transportation and discounted entry to Château de Chillon.

The pricing could be considered a bit high for a backpacker's lodge, but that's understandable given the location and amenities provided.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. there was no soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

As a solo traveler, Vevey House provided an affordable stay in an expensive region. The staff was accommodating and kind, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions in Vevey and only a short train ride away from Montreux. The hotel also provided free train transportation with the stay and offered the Montreux Riviera Card, allowing for discounts at local museums.

the house is just a 5-minute walk from the train station and there's even a convenient little grocery store nearby. One of the best things about my stay was that they provided a free Riviera card, which allowed me to easily explore the nearby attractions. the house itself is beautiful, with a comfortable bed and clean, spacious rooms. the shared bathrooms were not an issue at all, as I usually showered in the evening. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
