My stay at Villa Orselina - Small Luxury was absolutely incredible. The suite I stayed in had a full-sized fridge, which was perfect for storing local specialties. The wifi was reliable, which was important for me. The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate special orders. The grounds were beautiful, and I enjoyed using the gym. The staff were friendly, helpful, and multilingual. I received a welcome drink upon arrival and a travel package when I left. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay in this hotel. First of all, we were impressed with the stunning views of the lake. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were just a short walk away from the funicular. Plus, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly liked the delicious breakfast buffet and the top-notch gym and sauna facilities.

The children's meal options were limited and uninspiring. It would have been great to have more variety on the menu to cater to our children's tastes.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfill every need. the health club, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, and wellness centre provide the perfect space for relaxation. The talented and courteous service team offers excellent service and features on-site fine dining and breakfast buffet that are to die for. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment.
