We had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with incredible lake views from our room. Sitting on the balcony, sipping wine and enjoying the city lights was a perfect end to our day. The location was superb, with downtown and plenty of dining options just a stone's throw away. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh fruit selection. our short stay at this hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it.

We were thrilled with the friendly staff, upgraded balcony lake view rooms, and excellent location. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the power plugs and USB sockets were a convenient touch. The lake view terrace was a hidden gem, and the hotel's proximity to the shopping area and public transportation was convenient. The breakfast with its lake views and friendly service was a delightful way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the lake shore with a breathtaking view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was excellent. We were impressed with the convenience of having both the bus station and boat station within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service.

This hotel has a fantastic location right on the lakefront, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with balconies in most rooms and amenities such as free coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and outings. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of jams and cheeses. The hotel provides a transportation pass for free rides and the garage is easily accessible. The hotel's charm adds to the overall experience.

The only downside is the limited parking options, as the hotel's garage is a few blocks away from the property.

This hotel is definitely worth the value for its price, especially considering its location right on the lake with a million dollar view and being right in the center of town. Additionally, the staff is very attentive and the basic amenities are great. The breakfast included is also enjoyable with awesome views.

Stayed over Easter, and it was perfect. Amazing complementary chocolate treats in the room. the hotel is located steps away from the main square and shops, and the lake view from the balcony was breathtaking. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming - made us feel at home.

The rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but it didn't detract from the overall enjoyable experience. the breakfast selection was a bit limited for our taste, but it was still delicious and filling.

I had a fantastic experience at a charming hotel with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal for exploring the town center, train station, lakefront parks, and Monte Bre. The room was clean and well-organized, although the shower was a bit narrow. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the balcony was a highlight with its beautiful view of the lake. I also appreciated the quick elevator and the convenience of being able to leave my luggage after check-out until my train departure. Another plus was the sponsored travel pass scheme, which was extremely helpful during my stay.
