The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to the train station, mall strip, and restaurants. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered us a great deal on our family room, which was usually double the price. The room was spacious, well-equipped with amenities like slippers and toiletries, and had additional features like a bar fridge and fan. The receptionist also provided us with helpful suggestions for tours.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staffs were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain transportation options and recommended activities in the area. The size of the room and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find flip flops, toothbrushes, body cream, and more included. The hotel's central location was perfect. It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and there were bus stops right beside the hotel. Both train stations were also within easy walking distance or just a short bus ride away.

The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic escape, being very close to the train station and surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. We loved the convenience of having everything within walking distance. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The hotel also provided us with a free public transport pass, which was a great bonus for exploring the area.

One downside was that during our stay, the lift was broken, and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff had offered assistance, especially since there were employees passing by.

The hotel was in a great location, close to transportation and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious and offered a good variety of food.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The lack of air conditioning made the hot summer nights uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its affordable and clean accommodations. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and safe overnight covered parking garage located conveniently across the street. The location was ideal, right in the center of the city, with both railway stations within walking distance, a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants, shops. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and the breakfast provided was delicious. Additionally, we want to mention receptionist Diogo, who was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay.

The staff at Weisses Kreuz was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and high-quality food. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was clean and the shower was excellent. Despite a few minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of Interlaken and within walking distance of Interlaken West Station. The rooms with a balcony offer a lovely view of the alps and are newly decorated with recently refurbished bathrooms. The value for money is great, with breakfast included and basic amenities provided. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service.
