Convenient scheduled free shuttle to the ski lifts. Great Spa and beautiful rooms with a classy ambiance. Stylish Graubündner style lounge. Flexible check-out times. Fantastic communal and wellness areas, recently renovated. Excellent spa facilities, best enjoyed early or late to avoid crowds. Friendly personnel, particularly in the Wellness area. Fun activities like ice skating and enjoying Gluehwein.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast, excellent location, bike storage. Elegant and well-run with super wellness center and beautiful garden. Renovated with stylish furniture and good entertainment. Good breakfast buffet, excellent traditional Swiss cuisine. Half-board option worth it. Outdoor pool and spa excellent. Helpful and friendly staff, very good food.

The hotel location was ideal, situated in the midst of a breathtaking natural landscape. the rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and always accessible. the daily breakfast buffet provided a vast array of high-quality food items. there was a fantastic outdoor pool and spa area that was perfect after a long day of exploring.

While the meal selection was excellent, we had no prior advice that advance dining reservations were necessary at particular restaurants, which caused some inconvenience. though the hotel was ideally located for sightseeing, it was a bit distant from public transportation.
