The value for money at Ermitage was well worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a balcony with stunning views. The location was perfect for exploring the region, and the staff treated us with utmost care and kindness.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety and attention to detail.

Our stay at Ermitage Wellness- & Spa-Hotel was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable and had a great atmosphere. We were lucky enough to stay during the holiday season and the Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning. The snow around the resort added to the magical experience. We loved every moment and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the memorable hospitality!

This hotel provides an exceptional spa and wellness centre with rejuvenating treatments, ultramodern saunas and steam rooms. The spa lounge with comfortable reclining chairs gives ample space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. The heated swimming pool with outdoor and plunge pool is perfect for an exclusive dip with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

While the hotel has exclusive amenities, there may be some opportunities to improve the customer service. A minor issue was not being offered a make-up service for a special event despite being listed as an available service.

Had a great Christmas getaway with family! Enjoyed the stunning mountain scenery and the cozy ambiance of the hotel. The spa and pool area were really relaxing and had a good variety of pools and temperatures. The breakfast buffet was one of the best aspects, with ample options and great coffee. Plus, the location was really convenient and easy to access from the train station.

Sadly, the service was not up to par for a 5-star hotel. We had to wait a long time for room service and for the reception to answer the phone.
