I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was even pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a superior room. The view from the balcony was truly spectacular, overlooking Jungfraujoch and the Lauterbrunnen valley. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was reliable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location - peaceful and quiet - and although it was a bit of a walk from the train station, they offered a drop-off service when we checked out. I had a fantastic and relaxing stay at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and with stunning views of the Alps from my room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and high-quality dinners served in the dining room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I appreciated the large room with a balcony that allowed me to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Great find nestled in a charming car-free village in the heart of the Alps. Easy 5 min walk to town, train, and restaurants. Staff incredibly warm and welcoming. Room had breathtaking views of the alps from the balcony. Blissful! Hiking trails for all abilities nearby, easily accessible via train or cable car.

I gotta say, the value for the money we spent at this hotel was top-notch. The room, although a bit dated, was cozy and nicely decorated, and the cleanliness was definitely on point. Oh, and let's not forget the amazing view of the valley from our balcony - it was absolutely breathtaking! The location was great too, just a few minutes' walk from the center, and they even offered a golf cart shuttle service to and from the train station. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request.

When it comes to breakfast selection, the only area where there could be some improvement is the coffee situation, especially for those who need an early start. It would be really nice to have a Nespresso machine accessible to guests departing early - that way, we could grab a good cup of coffee before catching our train.
