We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect spot for friends who are going out at nights. the bathroom was surprisingly nice with the semi-opaque glass walls, and we loved the cozy lighting that gave off a warm vibe. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious mix of western and local food that fueled our adventures.

The location is fantastic, with famous sandwich shops, local breakfast shops, and even the train station and famous ice parlour within walking distance. It's so convenient to explore the city as it's minutes away from the train station, bus stops, tourist attractions, and souvenir stores. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were helpful, friendly, and even helped us book a hotel and restaurant. The housekeeping was top-notch and the room amenities, such as air conditioning, free toiletries, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV, were all perfect. The staff was very attentive and responsive, even bringing me ice within 5 minutes when I hurt my leg in town. The Wi-Fi and other facilities, like the lift and express check-in/out, were a bonus.

Secondly, the service and housekeeping were exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch, from the air conditioning and flat-screen TV to the free toiletries and electric kettle. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Brenda, the concierge staff, was friendly and stylish, making us feel right at home. Our room had a cozy atmosphere with elegant Art Nouveau tiles and exposed original elements. The amenities were in great order and we truly enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at a hotel for a city break recently and was amazingly surprised by the quality of the stay. the hotel had friendly staff and was ultra clean, with a very cool design. One of the best aspects of the stay was the amazing shower! On top of that, the breakfast was quite good and offered a good range of options for all guests.

The only downside during the stay was that the hotel didn't have many shops around it, making it a little quiet at night. However, the key location fact that the hotel was in close proximity to the bus terminal made it easy to travel to Taoyuan airport and the surrounding areas.
