Great value for the money with an inviting and cozy room. The location was perfect, surrounded by shops and delicious street food stalls. The staff at Roots Chew Hotel were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was fantastic for our city break, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided bikes for us to use, which made it easy to explore the city.

The mattress was very hard which made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. the curtains didn't block out much light so we were woken up early in the morning by the sunlight.

The staff at Roots Chew Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city as a tourist. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bikes provided by the hotel were a great bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Tainan. a fantastic experience.

Review of my stay at a boutique hotel:

I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel. the staff, especially Jennifer, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel had a beautiful lounge available to use, although unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to enjoy it. the location was perfect, with plenty of eateries nearby and a convenient 7-11 store just across the street. the ambience of the hotel was lovely, and the proximity to interesting places made exploring the city easy. it was a delightful experience at Roots Chew.
