The pillows can be a bit too firm for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, just away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was convenient to explore the Tamsui district and visit the main attractions there. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I loved the sitting area and the dining table, which made me feel right at home. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my trip.

The river view from the hotel is stunning, and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes. the location is convenient for public transportation and local street food. Plus, the room was spacious and clean.

Our stay was ruined by the unbearable heat in the hallways and elevator. the lack of an ice machine in the hotel meant we had to constantly call the front desk for refreshments, which was inconvenient.
