We love staying at this hotel because it is located in a quieter part of the city, away from the hustle and bustle. It is conveniently close to several large shopping malls, making it easy for us to indulge in some retail therapy. The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom is luxurious, complete with a shower room and jacuzzi. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of dishes that taste delicious. it's a great place to stay for families.

The location of this place is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the MRT station. The staff here are friendly and provide great service. The room we stayed in was huge and beautiful, with a spacious bathroom and even a bathtub with a TV. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel itself looks grand and even the lift has seats, which adds a classy touch. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options.

The customer service was terrible, the receptionist was not friendly and we felt ignored. We booked a room online but upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a reservation. It took a long time to resolve the issue, and the staff was not apologetic nor helpful. Another downside was the lack of nearby shopping options. We had to travel quite a distance to get to the shopping district. we were disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of convenience during our stay.
