We enjoyed the variety of pools offered at this hot spring hotel. the hot tubs were interesting and fun to dip in with different concoctions. the mixture of rose syrup, milk, rice water, and more added an extra layer of relaxation. the hotel's location is very convenient and is easily accessible to food and souvenir shops. the beds were also very comfortable.

The waterplayground for children had visible mould and was unsettling for my kids to play on. the play equipment was rusty.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel right in the city centre. The rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were super comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes to choose from, including fresh milk for coffee. The design of the rooms was unique and the size was perfect. The facilities for children, such as the pools and playground, were a great addition.

The play equipment in the kids' pool was a bit rusty.
