We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Pier-2 tourist area. We loved being able to explore the artistic shops and galleries in the area, and being so close to the sea was a bonus. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of choices.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location in the artistic area by the sea is simply superb, and the hotel itself provides excellent services.

It is situated in the famous Pier 2 Art Centre area and very close to the light railway, allowing for hassle-free transportation. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our family with two small kids. The bathroom was well-maintained, with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfactory, offering a variety of easy-prepared foods.

The hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast and a good Wi-Fi connection. The location was also perfect, within walking distance to popular tourist attractions and public transportation. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room we stayed in didn't have a good view and the shower was the only option for bathing. When asking for recommendations, the staff didn't inform us of important information like closures of nearby markets.

The hotel location was great, with arts installations leading to the old railway stations and tracks of old Kaoshiung. It was also a short walk to the harbor and a 15-minute walk to Shizhiwan stations. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely. The convenience shop was only a 5-10 minute walk away. The shower cubicle beside the bath tub was a great feature, preventing the entire toilet from getting wet.

The staff at the hotel made us feel like family, and they were always ready to help with anything.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast finishes at 9:30 am, which may not be ideal for those who prefer a later start to the day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast experience at City Suites. Unlike some of the negative reviews we read, there was plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the staff and guided to our seats. The variety of food options was impressive, and everything tasted delicious. we enjoyed a pleasant breakfast experience during our stay.

We loved our stay at City Suites! The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the developing Pier 2 arts and cafe scene. The balcony on the 6th floor offered fantastic views of the harbor. We also appreciated the proximity of the KLRT to the hotel, which made it easy to explore the city. a great choice for families with its room with 2 double beds.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 🤷‍♀️
