The cleanliness of the room and the soundproofing were superb. The hotel offers a range of amenities, from free washing machines and drinks in the lobby to a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful, kind, and humble throughout our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Just stayed at Cityinn Hotel Plus and had an amazing experience! The location is perfect, right next to the Taichung TRA Train Station, making it convenient for arrivals and departures. The hotel staff were excellent and went above and beyond, helping us with our laundry and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering both Western and local dishes that were deliciously cooked. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated, and the free WiFi was strong. a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend to friends and would love to try other branches in the future.

The issue we had with the washer provided for doing laundry. It kept stopping in between wash cycles, so we had to constantly check on it.
