Modern, clean, and spacious rooms with large windows facing the street. Helpful staff able to assist or use automated kiosk for check-in/check-out process. Appreciated receiving a warm welcome in French, my mother tongue. Good and convenient location.

City Suites is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks English well. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Guests can grab a meal at nearby restaurants or enjoy the variety of shops and street vendors in the area.

The hotel entrance can be a bit difficult to find initially.

We loved the self check-in machines and attentive staff who were always ready to help. The hotel was well-equipped, new, and clean, meeting the high standards of City Suites. The hotel was also located in a great area, near shops, restaurants, and street vendors, making it the perfect choice for a group of friends.

The room was fantastic and cozy for our romantic escape. the bed was comfortable, and the view out of the window was lovely. We also appreciated the self-check-in kiosk and how easy it was to check-in. the location of the hotel was near public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The entrance was challenging to find, and the lifts were outdated and slow. It took us several attempts and time to find the way to the reception desk, and the staff member was not friendly when he saw us.

During my stay at City Suites, I had a slight issue with my room's safe being out of order. However, the hotel promptly resolved the issue by accommodating me in a different room after two nights.
