During this New Year stay, we really enjoyed the quiet and comfortable rooms, with ample space, big bath and good view. the customer service was super, the staff was friendly and genuinely engaging, especially the front desk staff who went above and beyond to help us. the breakfast selection was good, with lots of variety and delicious pork gua bao. Another advantage was the ample and modern swimming pool and gym, which we really appreciated.

Although we enjoyed the facilities and service, we did notice some small details that could have been improved. Some of the plates and bowls were not spotlessly clean, and we encountered a few staff members with a standard attitude.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool, steam room, and massage services were exceptional and certainly catered to our needs. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers just add to the already great experience.

the prompt and efficient service of the staff more than made up for it.
