As youngsters, we loved the creative and artsy vibe at Dulan The Travel Bug Bistro Inn. The hostel had plenty of lounge areas where we could relax and interact with other guests. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the convenience of the bus stop right in front of the hostel, making it easy to explore the area. The nearby beach was a short walk away, offering a beautiful spot to unwind. The free washing machine and clean rooms and bathroom were a bonus. we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

I had a really pleasant stay at this centrally located hostel. The atmosphere had a nice, hippy house vibe and the manager was very friendly. The Italian guy working there was open and made me feel welcome. The outdoor spaces were great, especially the outdoor showers on the third floor. The location was perfect for exploring the main street. The hostel had a chill vibe and was a great place for solo travelers to meet people. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even before my stay when I messaged them with questions. I would definitely recommend this place for a cool and friendly environment.

As a solo traveler, I stayed at Travel Bug for a week and had an epic time. The hostel's well-organized spaces, including a kitchen, chill area, and back garden, made it easy to relax and meet new people. The friendly staff and volunteers, particularly Nick, created a welcoming atmosphere. The beach bonfire was awesome, and I even made friends to travel with afterwards. Plus, the area had a surprising amount of vegetarian options. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was geweldig. We vonden de locatie aan de kust geweldig en genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op zee. Daarnaast was het hotel perfect gelegen, dichtbij de South Pier, Mcdonalds en een tramhalte. We vonden het ook fijn dat het hotel schoon was, inclusief schone lakens en handdoeken. De bedden en kussens waren comfortabel, en we waardeerden de aanwezigheid van een goede maat televisie in onze ruime kamer. Het hotel bood ook voldoende faciliteiten, zoals een waterkoker met thee, koffie, suiker en melk. Daarnaast waren er veel kleerhangers, wat erg handig was. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en zorgde ervoor dat we ons welkom voelden.

stayed at a great hostel in donghe, but dulan the travel bug bistro inn was even better! super friendly staff, comfy bed, and a free breakfast. loved the chill atmosphere and meeting other travelers. highly recommend!

I got great bang for my buck at this older-looking hostel. The double bed room was comfy and the staff was super nice, even letting me use their washroom after checking out and coming back from surfing. The location was convenient, with the beach just a 15-minute walk away and plenty of convenience stores, bus stops, and English-friendly restaurants nearby.

The dorm we stayed in didn't have a door and was open to noise from other areas of the hostel. It wasn't very soundproof and could be disruptive at times.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a great time staying at the hostel. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to both the mountains and the sea. The owner greeted me with joy and helped me check in, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The common area was a great place to hang out and meet other travelers, and I even got to try some local beer. The mixed dorms had curtains for privacy, which I really appreciated. The hostel also provided a basic breakfast with toast, jam, and coffee, as well as nearby breakfast shops and convenient stores. one of the best hostels I've stayed at so far.

There were a couple of staff members who could improve their customer service skills, but overall they were nice. One downside was being awakened by a noisy dorm mate, who didn't seem to understand the concept of respecting others.
