During my New Year's stay, I found the location of the hotel to be the best aspect of it. The hotel is perfectly situated close to the museum, which is a great attraction and within walking distance. the staff is friendly, and the breakfast provided was very good. These aspects made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The checking time was late, and we had to wait until 4 pm. The room was also too small, with poor soundproofing, and the bed was too small for two people to sleep in comfortably.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Close to National Palace Museum. Good breakfast.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness center, outdoor pool with sun loungers and a garden area, creating a luxurious and peaceful environment for guests. The restaurant serves delicious meals, and private facilities exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the location is ideal for tourists as it is within walking distance from a popular tourist site.

There was an additional charge for the use of some amenities and breakfast. Although the room was comfortable and provided luxury accommodation, the soundproofing could be improved, causing some noise disturbance.

Located steps away from the Southern Branch of National Palace Museum; a pleasant stroll to the museum. Extremely friendly staff and a delicious breakfast to start the day. Plenty of nearby dining options. Easy access to public transportation to explore the area.

Located right next to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum, it was so convenient to walk there. The staff at Evergreen Palace Hotel Chiayi were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and good service.
