The hotel staff at Tc Hotel - Hualien Zhongxiao went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and made it easier for us to move around. The location was also great, with the night market and famous streets within walking distance. I had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Tc Hotel - Hualien Zhongxiao.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to the city center. the breakfast, although mainly Asian-style, had a good salad selection and the coffee was great. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The elevator was slow and there was only one, making it difficult to move around the hotel. the staircase also needed to be wider and safer.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bathrooms were also clean. Staff were friendly and one spoke English. Breakfast was simple. The location was a 15-minute walk from the Night Market. The surrounding area had businesses on the ground floor and residential above. Limited shopping at the night market, mainly food and games.
