The staff were friendly and helpful during check, in and check, out. We received a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

One major drawback was the lack of consideration for customer needs. It took them 30 minutes and a lot of frustration for them to rearrange the rooms to be on the same floor.

Stayed in a hotel during Christmas holidays. the rooms were spacious and well-kept. the staff was friendly, and they greeted us with a warm welcome. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free wifi. the hotel is located near the main attractions, which made it easy for us to move around and explore the city. we loved the fact that we could easily access the hotel's gym and swimming pool.

One thing we didn’t like was that the doors in the corridors were too loud when they closed. We heard loud banging sounds quite frequently, which woke us up earlier than we had intended.
