Great service and location

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel. the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. the location was ideal, with many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We also loved that the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a fitness center.

This made it difficult to sleep, especially during the early morning hours. the bed was quite uncomfortable and left us with sore backs in the morning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious and exclusive amenities. the room was spacious, well, maintained, and equipped with private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious meals and cocktails, and the attentive service made us feel pampered. the sauna was an added bonus, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the area.

this was easily solved by using the complimentary Wi, Fi in the business center or paying a small fee for in, room access.
