We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is in a perfect location, right next to an office building, the metro station, and popular shops in a lively area. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a clean swimming pool with a beautiful view and a well-equipped gym. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was top-notch, with fresh towels and well-stocked sanitary supplies. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, hot dishes, and tasty bread from their own bakery. The staff, especially Paul and Sam from the concierge team, were polite, helpful, and made sure to address any concerns we had.

The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, with clean beds and comfortable pillows. The bathroom was equipped with quality hygiene products, shower, and hairdryer. The excellent customer service made our stay more enjoyable, with staff always ready to assist. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the gym had fantastic equipment.

The parking space was incredibly tight, and the hotel was not efficient in offering adequate parking to those who had already booked rooms.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was in the heart of the shopping district and just a stone's throw away from the iconic 101 tower. The convenience of being so close to everything in Taipei made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, including a gym and pool, providing opportunities for relaxation and exercise.

I had an incredible visit at Grand Hyatt. From start to finish, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They treated me like family, going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The housekeepers were attentive and even the security guards were kind enough to assist me in catching my bus to the airport. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the premises were spacious and clean. The location was strategically good, with easy access to nearby attractions and nightlife. The concierge was patient and accommodating, answering all my queries. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that cater to all my needs. the spa and wellness center with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi provided a relaxing experience. the barbeque grills, bar/lounge area, and restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus. the room advantage was the private facilities, including the poolside snack bar, and steam room. the live entertainment was impressive.

The location was not ideal for me. I found it far away from the tourist attractions I wanted to visit and limited my time outdoors.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the Marble Bathroom, it really made my stay at the Grand Hyatt unforgettable. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
