Great view from the high floor unit, comfortable room, and good location close to the MRT. The hotel was able to handle the busy National Day weekend and met guest demands promptly. Staff were polite and professional. I recommend this hotel.

Fantastic bell service, concierge, and front desk staff. Professional and helpful. Excellent hotel facilities, clean rooms, spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and shower stall. Comfortable bed and overall pleasant stay.

Multiple dining options and facilities like spa, pool, and gym. Professional and friendly staff who spoke English well. Highly recommended stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located near Liuhe Night Market, which is only two stops away on the MRT. It is also close to Famousa Boulevard MRT station, where you can see the Dome of Light. Additionally, there are shops selling good food nearby, as well as an award-winning bakery next door.

The hotel does not provide Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the TV signal is poor, often breaking up.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were top-notch. From the beautiful indoor swimming pool to the sauna and sun loungers, we felt pampered and relaxed during our stay. The location, just a short walk from local attractions, was also a major advantage.

While our room was beautifully appointed and had exclusive advantages like private facilities, we did notice a slight issue with the bathroom. The shower was a bit slippery and could be dangerous for guests.

Great pool, friendly staff, and stunning views!

Had a blast at this hotel with an awesome pool and comfortable beds! The staff was super friendly and always happy to help out with any requests. Plus, the view from the 42nd floor bar was absolutely stunning! The hotel's location was super convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for a fun vacation spot!

While the hotel overall was very nice, some parts of it seemed a bit dated. The room interior could use some modernization, but it was still clean and comfortable.
