My recent stay at Hej in Taipei was a delightful experience. Staying for three nights on a leisure trip, I found the hotel to be well-equipped, with a spacious room, comfy king-sized bed, and a Japanese-style toilet. the sink outside the bathroom was a practical touch. Water pressure and temperature were excellent, and I appreciated the provision of coffee, tea, and snacks. Conveniently located near several MRT entrances, it was easy to explore the city and reach Taipei 101 within a short walk.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Hej was a fantastic choice. the hotel's location near the train station made exploring easy. the room was spacious, well-equipped with amenities, a comfy bed, and a practical Japanese-style toilet. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast, though limited, had vegetarian options. Free water and snacks were a nice touch.

Limited space for hanging clothes. Two ramps caused tripping concerns.

Additionally, it is situated in a bustling shopping and food district, providing guests with plenty of dining and entertainment choices. Despite the compact size of the room and low ceiling, the hotel offers a comfortable stay. Although the bathroom is small, the room itself is clean. The friendly and helpful staff adds to the overall positive experience.

The housekeeping around the room and bathroom could be improved.

We chose this hotel for a romantic escape, and we loved the modern and clean facilities that made our stay comfortable. the bed was spacious and cozy, and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise with delicious coffee and basic options like toast and fruit. the location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and several attractions nearby.

Our stay was not without some drawbacks. We had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel upon arrival, as it was poorly marked.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly nice. Free snacks in the lobby, which my kid loved. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro mall, perfect for shopping and getting food during rainy days. Local breakfast stores are also close by.

Felt very lucky to have found Hej Taipei, nothing to complain about.
