I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being very close to the train station. It made it very convenient for me to explore the city and venture out to nearby sights. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which made it easy to find a good place to eat. The room itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and is just a few minutes away from the train station. Guests appreciate the close proximity to dining options and the easy access to transportation. The rooms are of a good size and offer a comfortable night's sleep. Guests also enjoy the delightful toiletries provided, which feature local fragrances. In addition, there is a big bathtub in the rooms, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring the nearby Taroko Gorge.

There have been some reports of poor service and housekeeping standards at the hotel.

Great location close to the train station. the staff are friendly and helpful. the room was clean with good amenities. Tea and coffee-making facilities were available.

The shower requires running for several minutes before warm water is available. the hard pillows were uncomfortable.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotelday+ in Hualien. The room I was upgraded to had a bathtub, which was a nice surprise. Even though the room was not very spacious, it was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided me with breakfast boxes when I had to check out early. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the train station and buses to Taroko. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Hualien.
