They were friendly, attentive, and eager to fulfill our every need. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. the luxurious amenities provided in our room exceeded our expectations, with exclusive features that added to the overall sense of comfort and indulgence. the restaurant at this hotel offered a delightful dining experience, with a diverse menu that catered to different tastes and dietary requirements. We especially appreciated the outdoor dining area, which provided a charming setting for enjoying our meals.

While our overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue. the window view from our room, as advertised, did not live up to our expectations.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the breakfast provided was quite enjoyable, with a variety of options to choose from.

I had booked a premium sofa bed with a mountain view, but the actual view from the room was of a boring neighbourhood. When I mentioned this to the hotel, they didn't seem to care much and didn't offer any compensation for the mistake in their advertising.
