Fantastic location, clean rooms, friendly staff, great bar, wonderful French style design and atmosphere, helpful staff.

Not one thing.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. the location is unbeatable - right down the alley from the main road in the center of the Zhong Shan shopping district. It was so convenient to have everything within easy reach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and even called an Uber for our airport transfer. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a small window that let in just the right amount of natural light. It was a cozy and homely atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Home. The location was superb, close to everything yet peaceful. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the bar on the 7th floor. The different options for toilet cleaning were a pleasant surprise, catering to everyone's preferences. Le Home provided a wonderful and quiet place to rest after exploring the city.

The check-in and check-out times are not as flexible as most hotels, which may inconvenience some guests.

As adventurous travelers, we loved the convenient location, just a short walk to both the subway and Ningxia night market. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to prepare a birthday cake for my wife. The hotel's Scandic-style decor was neat and clean, giving it a unique and cozy atmosphere. The surrounding area offered plenty of options for food and shopping, including a breakfast shop and a morning market.

The room design at Hotel Le Home is modern and cozy, creating a nice environment for a comfortable stay. The spa bathroom is a luxurious touch, and the price is definitely worth it. We had a small issue with the temperature in our room, but the receptionist quickly resolved it by installing a cover in front of the air conditioner. The staff, including the night shift, day shift, and engineers, were all friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! First of all, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, polite and always willing to help. the location was perfect. It was in the heart of the city - close to the shopping district and the train station. the hotel itself was also beautiful, with immaculate interior design. It was great to see the festive decorations around Christmas time. the hotel was very clean and comfortable - providing a great feeling of homeliness and comfort.

There were a few things that could have been better. the aircon remote didn’t dim out at night which was a minor annoyance.
