We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities, including the gym with a fixed TV channel, were top-notch. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There was only one minor negative aspect. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment.

The executive lounge access was a great perk, offering complimentary snacks and drinks. It was the perfect place to relax and get some work done.

The property was well situated for the metro and amenities. The manager and staff of the breakfast restaurant were very sweet and considerate. Comfortable bed. Reception and staff well trained. Hayase restaurant served delicious food and had a great dining experience.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with its exclusive amenities. the Spa centre was exceptional with its relaxing sauna and steam room. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers while receiving great service from the attentive staff. the onsite bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind with a refreshing drink. the location was excellent as it was situated near transport and amenities.

Although the in-room breakfast was a nice touch, we would have appreciated more dining choices for our evening meal.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Taipei. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The staff at the main entrance and lobby were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was superb, with many bus stops and tram stations nearby, making transportation around the city convenient. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and a night market within a 5-minute walking distance. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

Comfortable and clean: Comfortable beds and newly renovated, clean bathrooms. Doona covers changed per customer. No need for a universal adapter in the bedroom. Friendly staff: Helpful staff who try their best to assist with any requests. Language limitations but made efforts to find someone who could assist. Fantastic breakfast: Fresh, local fruit and hot eggs. Wide variety of options including noodle dishes and fresh pastries.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the hotel's understated modern elegance and the blend of Japanese and Taiwanese sensibilities in the decor and ambiance. The central atrium design and the thick, soft carpets throughout added to the overall charm. The All Day Dining hotel restaurant, Brillant, exceeded our expectations with its outstanding food quality and wide variety of cuisines. The rooms were well-equipped with luxurious amenities, including branded shower gels and a Kohler bathtub. The swimming pool was a great addition, with clean water and the option to borrow swimming caps and goggles. The location of the hotel was superb, being centrally located to nearby attractions and activities.
