Good WiFi reception throughout the building. Complimentary mini-bar and a good selection of TV channels. Available umbrellas for guests, which is useful in Taipei.

The location was superb, near food, shopping, and train station. The rooms were spacious with separate sleep and rest areas. Free drinks offered at the bar.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near an MRT station. It's super convenient to explore the city with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are cool and unique, providing a comfortable and well-appointed stay. The staff is efficient and friendly, ensuring a great experience. Plus, there's free parking and complimentary snacks in the minibar.

The breakfast options could be improved to offer a wider variety of choices like fruits, cereals, and yogurt, similar to other hotels we stayed at during our trip.

This hotel is a luxurious gem that exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities were exceptional, from the private facilities to the sun terrace with a pool boasting breathtaking views. The staff was friendly, courteous, and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious with a unique design that made our stay even more special. The bar and restaurant offered a wide variety of quality food and drinks. The location was convenient, with easy access to metro stations.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the snack bar was not frequently restocked. However, this was not a significant inconvenience, and we still enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The staff was very friendly and professional, they even provided a bottle of sparkling for our Xmas celebration. We loved the stylish design of the rooms and the hotel itself. The location was also perfect, close to the MRT and many local shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary portable WiFi devices.

We were denied access to the hotel bar one evening, despite being hotel guests. The common areas were also too cold at times.
