I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Hualien City. The room was very comfortable, with soft beds that provided a great night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that any issues or requests were quickly addressed. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the city center and surrounded by a variety of delicious food places. Additionally, the rooms were spacious with a big bathroom, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay.

All was perfect, no complaints at all.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like a fridge, kettle, and aircon. the staff was welcoming and helpful, providing us with vouchers for breakfast at some great local places. the prime location of the hotel gave us easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops, and the night market was just a short walk away.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated, and some functional aspects had some issues, such as non-working soap dispensers in the bathroom. some parts of the room appeared slightly worn out and could benefit from a bit of an upgrade.
