We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling old street but far enough to avoid the crowds. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when I was feeling unwell. The breakfast provided was satisfying with a variety of dishes, including fresh fruits, eggs, and toast. the hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed.

Our recent stay at the Ore Inn in Jiufen was simply superb. We stayed for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the ideal location - close to the main streets yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The view from our large ground floor room was amazing, especially overlooking the sea. The bed and bed linens were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, fluent in English and always ready to assist. We also enjoyed the delicious and fulfilling breakfast with a variety of dishes. a must-stay hotel with great facilities and a warm, cozy atmosphere.

Arrived early and able to leave bags. Clean and cozy room with comfortable bed and great view. Close proximity to Old Jiufen Street. Breakfast was adequate. Easy to locate with provided directions.

Small flies/mosquitoes in room and got bitten. No instructions for public transport route to hotel, Google map route difficult with suitcases.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The decoration was tasteful. The location was close to Old Street. The accommodation offered a Jiufen night tour which was informative.

I also appreciated the little shoe area near the entrance, it was a thoughtful touch. The color scheme of the room was very calming and homey. I especially loved the informative night tour provided by the hotel. It was a great way to learn more about the area. The room was exactly as pictured, clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the bustling old street, allowing us to easily explore the best of Juifen. The hotel facilities were great, and the design and interior of the room were stylish and impressive.

My purpose was to explore the town and enjoy a relaxing getaway. The location of the inn was perfect, as it was not crowded with tourists and provided a great area for strolling. I was lucky enough to get a room on one of the upper stories, which offered a stunning view. One of the highlights of my stay was the night tour offered by the inn. Although there was an additional fee of NT300 per person to join, it was well worth it. The tour guide, a third generation local, took us in and out of Jiufen, sharing fascinating stories that gave us a different perspective on this special town. The staff at the inn were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent advice upon check-in, ensuring that we were able to make the most of our time in the area. The rooms were well-appointed, featuring Japanese style platform beds. Since we planned to be out all day, we opted for a smaller room, which was perfectly comfortable. The included breakfast was a traditional Taiwanese style meal, offering a wide variety of choices for the small number of guest rooms.
